• 4 nights accommodation with April 20th, 2016 check-in and April 24th, 2016 check-out in Kervansaray Lara Hotel, open buffet breakfast, open buffet lunch and dinner, local spirits in the bar are included in the fee for the participants of the congress.
• 8% VAT is not included in the accommodation fees.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions

• Burkon Tourism & Congress should be notified in written for all registration cancellations.
• For cancellations made until February 2nd, 2016, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
• For cancellations made until February 16th, 2016, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• For registration cancellations made after February 16th 2016, no refund will be made but participant name change will be accepted.
